Terms and Conditions
By placing an order you confirm that you accept the following terms and conditions which apply to sales made via the 'Buy our Honey' online shop on this website.
- Delivery within mainland UK only.
- Deliveries sent by Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class, estimated delivery within 3 - 4 working days (unless affected by industrial action).
- Maximum 2 gift packs (4 jars) per delivery due to restriction on glass delivery, if you require more please contact us and we will endeavour to find a cost effective solution to delivery costs.
- The description of the goods, the price and delivery costs are shown on our website. We accept most major debit and credit cards and payments by BACS. All of our food products do not incur VAT.
- You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt of goods. You must contact us via email or post with details of the order you wish to cancel. A full refund or credit will be issued for the order if the following conditions are met:
i) Goods must be returned in same condition as received, sealed and in original packaging.
ii) You must arrange return of unwanted goods at your own cost. Postage will only be reimbursed if item is faulty or damaged.
Your right to cancel does not apply to goods that have been made to your specifications or personalised in any way. - Damaged goods will be replaced upon proof of damage within 14 days. Refund will be on receipt photo/return of package.
- Goods are sent signed for with proof of postage.
- We reserve the right to decline any order.
